Meissen Porcelain 1710-1750

The Frick Collection in New York City is currently hosting the Arnhold Collection of Meissen porcelain through June 29. It is one of the greatest holdings assembled during the 20th century and not to be missed. This collection displays the taste of Augustus II, who was obsessed with discovering the secret to how to make porcelain-an inspiration he did achieve.
