I enjoy history books but they have to have an interesting twist or a really great author. This book has both, I loved that it was a series of myths and brief information about each one and it was a quick and enjoyable read. It really was a great way to get a quick American History lesson.
The pictures were very helpful with some of the myths. Example: Myth #35 which mentions a Corner Chair. A What? I had never heard of one or seen one, it's quite an interesting looking piece of furniture.

Of course now I know what they are and I've seem them all over and even sat in one or two.If you're interested in American Colonial History this is a great quick and light read.
